Please be advised that there will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, August 11, 2018 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, August 12, 2018.
ACE will perform the following ACE Deployments during this time:
PGA/ITDS

• NMF - 'Electronic Image Indicator' and 'Confidential Indicator' should not be required on NMFS disclaim filings.
• Logic updated to use modified HTS flagging and rule logic (If an agency is disclaimed and HTS is NOT flagged for the agency, do not reject).
• Certain FDA biologics Affirmation of Compliance (AofC) codes generated ACE System Failure E90 errors.
ACE Portal Accounts

• Broker Account: Ticket# 10998754: Trade issues with adding broker permit Employees.
• Carrier Account: Trade users editing a Carrier account for the 'Name of Insurer' should be limited to a length of 40 characters. Inputting more than 40 characters resulted in the name not getting stored.
