All ACE cargo systems have been fully restored, and CBP has resumed normal operations. The inbound queues have all been processed, and all ‘end of day’ jobs, such as statements, have been successfully completed. At this time, if you have not received an expected response to any message sent to ACE last night, please resend those transactions.
If responses are not received after resending these transactions, please contact your assigned Client Representative.
