Due to planned maintenance, FDA's ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communications System) will be unavailable from 11:00 p.m. ET Friday, June 14th, 2019 through 2:00 a.m. ET. Saturday June 15th, 2019.
If documents must be submitted during that time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office's preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA's Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/industry/import-program-food-and-drug-administration-fda/fda-import-offices-and-ports-entry.
Those with ITACS account access will not be able to download Notices of FDA Action pdf documents during that time as well.
