H20u—Hazmat Security Awareness Training
Estimated total study time: 2 hours 50 minutes
This course may be used as add-on training in HAZMAT security awareness needed under 2003 changes to the U.S. DOT HMR training requirements for employer certification of a "hazmat employee."
Note: This course does not meet the requirement for training in a company-specific HAZMAT transportation security plan, as may be required under DOT regulations. This training must be specific to the plan and employee responsibilities thereunder. (Either this training must be accomplished and recorded separately, or an on-line module can be added to this standard awareness course—contact GISTnet for further information.)
